The driveway is made of Nicaraguan stone and the outdoor pool area has a beautiful custom made stone that looks beautiful with the teak deck and stairs.

There is also a small laundry room complete with washer/dryer. The kitchen has all you need and is super efficient. The home comes fully furnished with stunning hand-made Costa Rican furniture. Each room is air conditioned and comes with sliding glass and screen doors. There are ceiling fans located in each room as well as an additional 6 outdoor fans located in the covered porch area. Our lot is 970m2 and is ideally located on a gentle slope, perfect for natural drainage during rainy season.
