Chad Fisher, Principal and Broker of 1st Choice Realty and 1st Choice Adventures, was drawn to Costa Rica twenty years ago by the pristine beauty of the land, the warm and inviting people, and the potential for an adventure of a lifetime. He only planned on staying for 1 year, but like so many visitors turned local, he never left.
He and his team serve clients from all over the world, as well as assisting local buyers and sellers to achieve their dreams in Costa Rica real estate. Specializing in residential and commercial real estate sales, from condos to homes and lots to land, Chad and his team also offer expert service in property management and vacation rentals.
Chad’s Story
Chad is an American Citizen, but has resided in Costa Rica for nearly twenty years with Permanent Residency Status. Chad is originally from Ohio and is an Alumni of the University of Colorado, Boulder. He graduated from the School of Business with dual majors in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
